Job Description

Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for an IICAPS Clinician If you are an LMSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPC, LMFTA or LMFT, you are welcome to apply $57,304 - $74,161 per year commensurate of experience Benefits for the positions include: Competitive pay on a union scale commensurate with your position and experience Medical and Dental with significant employer contribution to the premiums and HSA (if chosen as your plan) 403(b) with a generous employer contribution Employer-Paid Life Insurance Paid Vacation with 15 days to start, paid personal days, paid sick time, paid winter holiday break days, plus 10 paid holidays 1 remote (work from home) day per week
Position Summary For IICAP's Clinician:
Maintain children with severe psychiatric diagnoses and behaviors in their homes by providing intensive clinical and case management services and serve as team leader in the provision of home based services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide home based assessment, diagnosis and treatment to children and their families. Coordinate services of the team to comply with treatment plan. Maintain client records. Obtain and monitor insurance authorizations. Serve as liaison with outside agencies and referral services. Supervise, coach and provide guidance to supervisees and student interns , as needed. Provide after hour and weekend call coverage. Sensitivity to diverse cultures and language competencies. Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavioral health field required. Associate license required Ability to work flexible schedule. Knowledge of child development and psychiatric disorders. Good communication and documentation skills. Computer literacy. Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods and practices with children and families, in a community/home setting. Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands. CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
