Master's-Level Clinician — In-Home Therapy (IHT)

Role Summary Provide strengths-based, community-focused clinical services to children and youth under 21 and their families as part of our
CBHI IHT
program across Metro Boston. You'll deliver assessments, individual and family therapy, crisis support, and care coordination while partnering with Bachelor-level TT&S staff and other providers to support durable change. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and quarterly reassessments; develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with youth, families, and collaterals. Provide evidence-informed individual and family therapy aimed at improving functioning, preventing higher-level care, and strengthening caregiver skills. Create and implement risk assessments and safety plans; offer timely crisis intervention when needed. Coordinate care with TT&S staff, clinical providers within the practice, schools, medical providers, and community supports. Handle patient record requests and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR. Complete medication and specialist referrals/authorizations and request specialist consultations as appropriate. Participate in Intensive Care Coordination care planning and attend meetings across community settings (in-person and virtual). Maintain weekly supervision, comply with on-call policies, and complete required trainings (including CANS). Ensure services uphold client privacy, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or another CBHI-approved clinical field. Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience; CBHI experience a plus. Strong experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and documentation skills. Reliable, insured driver with consistent access to a vehicle. Comfortable with telehealth and community-based work (travel required). Computer literate (Microsoft Office and ability to learn EHR software).
