Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Fee-For-Service Telehealth Therapist to join our growing team. This is a remote, flexible opportunity ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care and committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide virtual individual therapy sessions using evidence-based interventions Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system Collaborate with fellow clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed Engage in ongoing professional development and trainings Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active licensure in Connecticut (LMSW or LCSW) Registered with NPI and CAQH Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in mental health settings Proficient in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing) Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care Proof of current malpractice insurance

Compensation & Benefits:

Minimum Commitment:
