Job Description
Overview A Well Place, LLC is a growing outpatient psychotherapy private practice based in Worcester, MA, with a strong focus on providing thoughtful, individualized care to children, adolescents, and families. We are currently seeking a Full-Time clinician who is passionate about working with youth populations (ages ~8-17) and is looking to build a consistent caseload within a supportive, collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for both fully licensed clinicians and those actively working toward licensure who want to develop clinical depth while being part of a small, connected team. What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy to children and adolescents Collaborate with families when appropriate to support treatment goals Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in a team-oriented environment with access to peer support and consultation Build and maintain a consistent caseload with administrative support What We're Looking For Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT track preferred) Strong interest in working with children and adolescents Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Commitment to ethical, client-centered care Position Details Full-time schedule (approximately 25-30 client facing hours/week) W2 employee position Flexible scheduling options In-person office in Worcester (Historic Elm Park area) Telehealth capabilities available Administrative support provided (scheduling, billing, referrals) Compensation Estimated annual earnings: $55,000-$75,000+, based on caseload and licensure level
