Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LSCSW or LCPC Required)
Compensation:
Earning potential: $60,000-$70,000 annually based on productivity model; paid bi-weekly
Employment Type:
W-2 Full-Time (Exempt) or W-2 Part-Time (Non-Exempt)

This is a hybrid role based out of Topeka, KS Join Our Team at Lilac Center as a Licensed Therapist! A Licensed Mental Health Therapist with the Lilac Center provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Lilac Center is searching for dedicated professionals to join our supportive and dynamic mental health clinic, specializing in therapy for adolescents and families. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching DBT skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of approximately26 clients per week; a minimum of 15 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

Requirements:
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: LSCSW or LCPC in Kansas and/or Missouri Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Possess or be willing to learn DBT therapy Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings Licensed Therapist Preferred Qualifications Preference for DBT therapy knowledge, with training available for the right candidate.
