In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your work will focus on fostering positive change, supporting mental wellness, and promoting resilience through personalized treatment plans. Duties Maintain a caseload of approximately 20-25 clients per week Conduct, Individual therapy sessions, Family therapy sessions, Group therapy sessions Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) Solution-Focused Therapy Psychodynamic Therapy Complete clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers as needed Requirements Registered Associate in California (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) Active BBS registration in good standing Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Passion for helping diverse populations Willingness to grow professionally with our practice Comfortable providing both telehealth and in-person therapy services
