Job Description

-Provide in-home, school-based, and/or office-based counseling services for children, adolescents, families and adults.
  • Services are delivered utilizing a team approach and are usually provided in the home and within the family system
  • Collaborate with children, families, schools, and other community members to build skills and achieve treatment goals
  • Offer effective clinical services through all stages of treatment: Engagement, Empowerment, and Transition, per PTP protocols. Comply with all payor and PTP service documentation requirements using our state of the art, HIPAA-compliant, electronic medical record system (CareLogic)
  • Attend supervision, clinical team meetings, and participate at regular agency trainings

Seeking Counselors and Social workers to provide in-home services in Clarke and Madison Counties.
