Join the team at Center for Child Counseling in partnership with Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County ! We're looking for a Therapist to provide impactful, evidence-based mental health services to infants, toddlers, pregnant women, and new parents. About the Role As a Therapist at CFCC, you will: Provide 25 hours of direct, client-focused therapy each week, including assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning. Provide Individual, Family, and/or Dyadic Therapy to children ages 0-6 and families in adherence with the treatment plan. Deliver services in diverse settings such as client homes, schools, community centers, and via telehealth. Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and training to ensure best practices and quality care. Provide trauma-informed and HOPE-informed therapeutic services to children and families. Work collaboratively with schools, community organizations, and families to foster positive outcomes. Utilize measures for clinical practice and outcome-based treatment planning. Client charts and clinical documentation will follow agency, Medicaid, and other funder standards through the electronic medical record system. All documentation will be entered into required portals such as Valant, WebAuthor, CMIS, Caring First, and HBDS in a timely manner. What We're Looking For:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances. Registered Intern or Licensed in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy. Experience with play therapy or actively working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist .
