Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate In-Community (IIC) Therapists to join our team. This role is community- and home-based, providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families in their natural environments.
Ideal candidates:
Enjoy working with diverse populations Have experience with trauma-informed care Comfortable providing crisis intervention and treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related mental health concerns This position offers a long-term pathway into private practice and additional opportunities for income through assessments, trainings, and workshops.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation and notes Collaborate with team members and supervisors Provide therapy in community and home settings Participate in team meetings and training as needed
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field Active NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to conduct therapy and assessments Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively Commitment to ethical practice and quality client care Willingness to undergo required background checks
