Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health professionals, including LAMFT, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, and LMFT, to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role is essential in promoting emotional well-being and supporting clients through their healing journeys. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans. Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress or crisis situations. Engage in motivational interviewing to encourage client participation in their treatment process. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans. Utilize EMR systems for efficient patient record management and data collection. Requirements Valid licensure as LAMFT, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of practice. Strong background in psychotherapy techniques and behavioral therapy approaches. Experience working with children and families; familiarity with home and community care settings is a plus.
