Our team is committed to improving the lives of children and families through compassionate care, clinical excellence, and individualized treatment. We are currently seeking an experienced Level I EIDBI Provider to join our growing clinical team. Position Summary The Level I Provider works under the clinical direction of the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and plays a key role in the development, implementation, and oversight of individualized treatment programs. This position provides direct therapy, caregiver training, treatment planning support, supervision of Level II and Level III providers, and ongoing monitoring of client progress to ensure high-quality, medically necessary services. Essential Responsibilities Develop, implement, and update Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) under the direction of the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP). Provide direct ABA and EIDBI intervention services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Monitor client progress using data analysis and make treatment recommendations based on clinical outcomes. Conduct treatment fidelity checks and provide observation and direction to Level II and Level III providers. Provide caregiver coaching, education, and training to improve treatment outcomes across settings. Ensure intervention services are implemented according to the approved treatment plan. Review behavioral data and collaborate with the QSP regarding treatment modifications. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, treatment updates, and required reports. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners. Maintain compliance with Minnesota DHS, EIDBI, HIPAA, and agency policies. Participate in supervision, quality assurance, staff development, and ongoing clinical training. Minimum Qualifications Required Applicants must meet one of the following: Option 1 Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Special Education, Human Services, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or another behavioral health-related field. Advanced certification in a treatment modality recognized by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Minimum of 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions. OR Option 2 Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or related field. Minimum of 6,000 hours of supervised clinical experience providing treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing EIDBI services. Experience supervising Behavior Technicians, RBTs, or direct care staff. Experience conducting caregiver training. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
