Are you a licensed therapist (LMHC, LMFT), licensed social worker (LSW, LCSW) License (LMHCA, LMFTA) that is looking to join a group practice? At Resilient Minds we invite you to join a team of compassionate, goal-oriented, client focused clinicians, whose purpose is to provide mental health services to their community.
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and/or couples therapy sessions and be willing to accommodate clients' availability (days and times are negotiable). Assess clients' mental health needs. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation for each client. Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of services. Stay informed about current developments and best practices in the mental health field through ongoing professional development and training. Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing mental health practice in the state of Indiana. Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients. Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders. Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress. Involves and advises family members when appropriate. Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary. Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality. Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. Current and valid licensure as a mental health clinician (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Indiana. Proven experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Our agency handles cases in the following counties: Marion, Johnson, Hendrix, Hancock, Hamilton, Madison, Morgan, Shelby, Boone and Cass. Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client care. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Flexibility to work evening hours.
