Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth) Position Summary We are seeking a fully licensed therapist to join our growing behavioral health team in Lexington, SC. This hybrid role combines in-person therapy services with telehealth flexibility while maintaining a strong clinical presence within the practice. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of approximately 25 completed client sessions per week and provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals seeking mental health support. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide individual therapy services in both in-person and telehealth settings. Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 completed client sessions per week. Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support client progress and treatment goals. Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner. Collaborate with clinical team members to coordinate and support client care. Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision as needed. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, ethical, and organizational standards. Foster a safe, supportive, and professional therapeutic environment. Qualifications Active and unrestricted South Carolina license (LPC, LCSW, LISW-CP, LMFT, or equivalent). Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services. Ability to manage a consistent caseload while working independently and collaboratively. Preference for candidates comfortable working with populations ages 5 and up.
