Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) BrightSpire Health | Hybrid | Gladstone, OR Join a team where clinical excellence, connection, and real support are lived daily. BrightSpire Health is growing and seeking a Licensed Therapist who is committed to high clinical standards, integrity, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to care. We welcome clinicians working with a wide range of populations. Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, and/or couples is highly valued and a strong plus for our current needs. We also welcome all areas of proficiency and are seeking candidates who strongly believe in a group practice.
BrightSpireHealth.com Role Overview Full-time or part-time hybrid position based in our Gladstone location , serving a diverse client population. We are open to hiring at our NE or Beaverton locations as well, and in-person office space is evenings/weekends. Key Responsibilities Provide ethical, client-centered care that prioritizes autonomy, safety, and empowerment Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-informed, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed therapy Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with OARs and company standards Coordinate care with families, providers, and community resources as appropriate Uphold all ethical and professional standards of your licensing board Engage in ongoing professional development and self-reflection Maintain licensure and prioritize personal well-being to support sustainable practice Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field Active Oregon license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist) Experience in assessment, treatment planning, and direct client care Experience working with a range of mental/behavioral health concerns Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, and/or couples is a plus Experience with electronic health records preferred Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive compensation and a benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
