English Master's degree Full Job Description Inside Out Therapy Center is a growing private practice in Coral Gables, FL dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. We are currently seeking a warm, motivated, and independently licensed therapist to join our supportive and collaborative team. Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor position Hybrid schedule (in-person and telehealth options available) Flexible scheduling and autonomy over your caseload Referrals provided Administrative support and EHR platform provided Beautiful office space located in Coral Gables Opportunity to grow within an expanding group practice Ideal Candidate We are looking for a clinician who: Is fully licensed in Florida as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT Is compassionate, professional, and reliable Values authentic client connection and high-quality care Is comfortable working independently while also collaborating within a team environment Has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or adults Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required Responsibilities Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine appropriate treatment plans. Provide individual therapy services via in-person and/or telehealth sessions Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating patient care best practices, behavioral management techniques, and case management strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on inpatient or outpatient settings for comprehensive patient assessment and coordinated care. Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Collaborate with referral sources and other providers when clinically appropriate Compensation Competitive split-based compensation with referrals provided.
