We support both fully licensed and associate therapists, with supervision provided by our experienced, professional team. This role will provide you with opportunity to both support clients in a clinical capacity as well as develop, mentor, and work with other therapists in our practice. We also offer workplace flexibility, with flexible schedules and telehealth, in-office, or hybrid workplace.

Employment Type:

Full-time or part-time with options to join either as W2 employee.

Work Setting:

Set your preference of hybrid telehealth/in-office or fully in-office. Our offices are located in Bordentown, Hazlet and Tinton Falls, NJ.

Schedule Requirements:

Availability on an agreed upon schedule; some evening hours are required and/or weekend availability to accommodate client schedules.

Responsibilities:

Conduct direct face-to-face and/or telehealth sessions with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis. Promote community awareness of our services. Ensure multicultural sensitivity and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Coordinate discharge planning and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Adhere to all professional standards as set by the licensing board and Inner Clarity's policies.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. Active NJ professional counseling or social work license in good standing.

For Primary Therapist roles:

LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required.

Associate Therapist roles:

associate-level licensure accepted, but pending licenses will not be accepted.
