Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will provide expert mental health counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate emotional challenges, manage mental health conditions, and improve overall well-being through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly motivated, and committed to fostering positive change in individuals' lives. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding system to accurately identify client needs. Develop personalized treatment plans according to the needs and the goals of the client. Provide individual and family counseling sessions focused on mental health issues for a range of different psychological conditions. Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation with precision; utilize medical terminology accurately for case notes and reports. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on staff as well as other individuals on the client's care team for comprehensive patient care. Provide telehealth services using secure platforms to expand access to mental health support across diverse locations. Maintains timely, clear, and professional communication with clients and team members to support effective, coordinated care. Engage in community and marketing events. Open to training in mental performance concepts and applying those skills in practice. Experience Fully licensed mental health professional (LCPC, LCSW, PhD,PsyD). Experience providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system for accurate diagnosis documentation. Knowledge of documentation standards, ethical practice, and clinical best practices in an outpatient setting. Experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, adjustment difficulties, stress, and relationship concerns. Ability to manage a diverse caseload with varying levels of clinical complexity. Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
