What This Role Offers Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your caseload In-person and telehealth opportunities Office space available in Mitchell, SD Freedom to focus on the populations and clinical work that align with your interests and strengths Supportive and respectful practice culture Opportunity to grow alongside an expanding private practice What's Provided Office space Electronic Health Record (EHR) Billing services Administrative support Established practice infrastructure Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Manage your schedule and caseload Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice Qualifications Active South Dakota license (CSW-PIP, LPC-MH, LMFT, or equivalent) Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practice Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative practice environment Experience with trauma-informed care is preferred As the practice continues to grow, there will be opportunities to contribute ideas, help shape the culture, and be part of something being built with intention. Compensation is based on a percentage of collected revenue and varies depending on caseload size, payer mix, and services provided. Estimated annual earnings are based on maintaining a consistent caseload.
