We are a modern hybrid private practice focused on helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, burnout, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotionally complex experiences. Our practice values authenticity, warmth, autonomy, and meaningful connection; both with clients and within our team. We are currently hiring for two 1099 positions: Hybrid Therapist - Approximately 20 Hours/Week This role is ideal for a therapist looking to grow a consistent caseload within a supportive and flexible practice environment. This position is primarily telehealth with optional in-person availability in the Fort Myers area. For therapists providing in-person services, Florida licensure is required.

Ideal candidates:

Licensed in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) for in-person work Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team Strong clinical skills with adults Experience or interest in trauma, anxiety, women's issues, ADHD, burnout, or relationship concerns Warm, relatable, and client-centered approach Comfortable with telehealth platforms and documentation systems Flexible Part-Time / Telehealth Therapist This role is designed for therapists seeking a flexible schedule, supplemental income, or a lower-caseload private practice opportunity. This position is fully telehealth and open to independently licensed clinicians in participating states. Clinicians licensed in Florida, Arkansas, and South Carolina are especially encouraged to apply. Multi-state licensed clinicians are also welcome. Additional Requirements:
