If you're looking for a place where you're treated like a person (not a number) we'd love to connect with you! We're a small, supportive team that believes great clinical work happens when therapists have the flexibility, autonomy, and support they need to thrive. Instead of squeezing clinicians into a one-size-fits-all model, we work with you to build a caseload that aligns with your strengths, interests, and preferred populations whenever possible. Here, you'll have the freedom to manage your schedule in a way that works for your life, access to paid training and professional development opportunities, and the support of a genuinely collaborative team that enjoys helping one another grow. Decisions happen quickly, communication is direct, and your voice matters. Many workers come to us after experiencing environments where layers of processes, approvals, and constant administrative demands pulled them away from the work they care about most. We've intentionally built something different, a place where relationships matter, flexibility is valued, and clinicians are trusted to do what they do best. We also believe that talented clinicians deserve to be valued for the work they do. Our therapists are not viewed as productivity metrics or interchangeable parts of a large system. We strive to create compensation structures that are fair, transparent, and reflective of the expertise, dedication, and care our clinicians bring to their clients every day. If you're looking for a team that values authenticity, work-life balance, fair compensation, and a little less red tape, we'd love to hear from you.
