Job Description
About the job NovaLuna Mental Health is a psychiatric care practice in West Palm Beach seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed therapist to join our team. We provide patient-centered mental health care and are looking for a clinician who shares that commitment. What you'll do Provide individual therapy to an established and growing patient base, including English and Spanish-speaking patients, coordinating care alongside our psychiatric provider for patients also receiving medication management. Qualifications Active Florida license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct therapy sessions in both languages Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or psychiatric setting Specialized training or experience in trauma/EMDR or OCD treatment (e.g., ERP) Comfortable coordinating care within a collaborative practice Schedule Hybrid with flexible scheduling. Clinicians have a mix of in-office and remote sessions. Location West Palm Beach, FL. Candidates must reside in Florida and be licensed to practice in the state.
