ACT/MTS Treatment Therapist H.O.P.E Behavioral Health, Inc. What We Offer Competitive salary and contractor compensation opportunities Flexible scheduling opportunities Hybrid work opportunities (community-based & telehealth flexibility when appropriate) CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield health insurance 401(k) eligibility after one year of employment Free clinical supervision toward advanced licensure Approximately 16-20 hours of free CEUs provided annually Company-sponsored trainings and professional development Company events and team appreciation activities throughout the year Opportunities for growth, leadership development, and internal promotion within the organization Access to company vehicles for all staff to utilize for community visits and work-related travel Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Position Responsibilities Provide community-based mental health therapy services to adults, adolescents, and families Conduct individual, family, and crisis intervention sessions Maintain a caseload and provide client services up to two times per month based on program expectations and clinical needs Collaborate with case managers, nurses, psychiatric providers, and treatment teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system Participate in treatment planning and multidisciplinary team meetings Support clients in improving emotional stability, independence, and overall functioning Qualifications LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or eligible licensed mental health professional in Maryland Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Valid driver's license preferred Why Join H.O.P.E Behavioral Health?
