Licensed Mental Health Therapist Location:
Benton, AR (In-Person Required) with
Telehealth Flexibility Job Type:
Full-time (25 client hours per week) or Part-time (15 client hours per week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with trauma experienced to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about trauma-informed care, and comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth therapy.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy in person at our Benton, AR location, with flexibility to offer telehealth services. Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement trauma-informed interventions. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.) in Simple Practice (EHR system). Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care. Attend clinical meetings and participate in case consultations as needed. Maintain ethical and legal standards of practice, including HIPAA compliance. Participate in ongoing professional development, including annual trauma-focused CEUs.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field. Active, unrestricted license in Arkansas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Training and/or experience in trauma-focused therapy (e.g., CPT, EMDR, IFS, somatic therapies). Ability to work at least 25 client hours per week for full-time positions. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while contributing to a team. Must provide in-person therapy at our Benton, AR location, with flexibility for telehealth sessions. Passion for working with diverse populations and marginalized communities.
