• Contract Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, where your expertise will empower individuals and families to achieve emotional well-being and resilience.

In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans. Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately identify client needs. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy) tailored to individual client goals. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure immediate safety and stabilization of clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies. Provide specialized counseling for child & family dynamics, grief, PTSD, addiction, gender issues, chronic pain, autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, geriatrics, and special education needs. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions in outpatient or inpatient settings using telehealth platforms or clinic environments while maintaining HIPAA compliance and meticulous medical documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management plans and coordinate patient care through detailed medical records and behavioral health data collection. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) with current state certification. Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, psychopharmacology support, and social work practices. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations including children, individuals with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, geriatrics, and those experiencing trauma or PTSD. Strong knowledge of

ICD-9/ICD-10

coding systems for accurate diagnosis documentation; familiarity with CPT coding is a plus. Experience with crisis management protocols and crisis intervention strategies in outpatient or inpatient settings. Proficiency in telehealth services delivery along with excellent patient assessment skills using medical terminology and mental health case management tools. Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
