Our work emphasizes the connection between mind and body, integrating somatic, neurological, and trauma-informed approaches to support lasting healing. We serve individuals, couples, and families, with a strong focus on veterans, military members, stress-related disorders, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. We are seeking compassionate clinicians who want to grow into highly skilled trauma therapists within a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Details W2 employee position Flexible scheduling Part-time or full-time opportunities available Hybrid remote/in-person options Supportive team environment with ongoing consultation Core Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans Provide trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation Demonstrate strong diagnostic skills and clinical judgment Participate in ongoing training and case consultation Meet background requirements related to military/veteran-connected programming Compensation & Professional Growth $45-$60 per billable hour based on licensure and experience Paid training opportunities EMDR training support for motivated clinicians CEU support and professional development assistance Opportunities for specialization and advancement within the organization Benefits (Available for Full-Time Clinicians) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Liability insurance coverage Clinical supervision provided for associate licensed social work clinicians We Handle the Backend!
