Healing Hearts Counseling Service is hiring a licensed independent contractor therapist for our Ardmore, Oklahoma location. We are not a Medicaid-only agency. We are a faith-integrated private practice built to help experienced agency therapists make the leap to private practice — with full support behind them.WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Insurance credentialing handled for you
- Up to 50% of your caseload provided through our referral network

LPC-S, LCPC-S

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF
- You are fully licensed LPC, LCSW, or LMFT with 2+ years experience
- You feel called to this work, not just employed in it
- Faith integration is part of how you approach clinical care
- You are ready to build a private practice caseload with support
- You want mentorship, business coaching, and community
REQUIREMENTS
- Current unrestricted Oklahoma LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Professional liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Commitment to 25 billable sessions per week at full capacity
