Teamwork EMDR Evidence-based practice Full Job Description Job Overview Thrive Counseling Kirkland is a growing trauma-focused group practice serving adults and couples throughout Washington. We specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns through evidence-based, trauma-informed care. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated therapist who enjoys working with adults and/or couples and wants the support of a collaborative team while maintaining schedule flexibility and clinical autonomy. What You'll Do Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with colleagues through consultation and peer support Maintain ethical and professional standards of care Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical growth Who We Serve Our clients commonly present with: Trauma and complex trauma Anxiety and depression Relationship and intimacy concerns Life transitions and stress First responder stress and trauma What We Offer W-2 employment Flexible scheduling Hybrid work opportunities Established referral stream Administrative support Collaborative and supportive clinical team Peer consultation opportunities Professional development assistance Paid time off Opportunities to specialize in trauma and relationship work Ideal Candidate Licensed or associate licensed therapist in Washington State (LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LICSW, LSWAIC, or equivalent) Experience working with adults and/or couples Interest in trauma-informed therapy and relational healing Strong interpersonal and clinical skills Organized and dependable with timely documentation practices Values collaboration, growth, and high-quality client care Training in EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Gottman Method, EFT, or other evidence-based trauma and couples modalities is welcomed but not required.
