Full-Time About the Role We are building a high-performance, growth-oriented therapy practice focused on delivering exceptional care while creating strong financial and professional opportunities for our clinicians. This role is ideal for a licensed therapist/psychologist who wants both stability and upside—with a structured ramp-up period, consistent client flow, and the ability to scale income based on caseload.
Compensation Session Pay:
$100 per virtual session $125 per in-person session
Earnings Expectations:
Gradual ramp to a full caseload (25-30 clients) Full caseload annual earnings $100k to $120k Provide individual therapy sessions (in-person and/or virtual) Manage and grow your assigned caseload Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with leadership on client care and outcomes Uphold high ethical and clinical standards What We Provide Consistent client referrals (no need to self-market) Administrative and billing support Structured onboarding Clear expectations and growth path A professional, systems-driven environment Requirements Active Florida license ( LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT, PhD, PsyD ) - required Bilingual Spanish & English EMDR training preferred Strong clinical judgment and professionalism Ability to manage a growing caseload Reliable, organized, and accountable Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment Who This Is For This role is ideal for a therapist who: Wants to build a full caseload Values income growth tied to performance Prefers structure, clarity, and accountability Is looking for a long-term opportunity Apply Now If you're a licensed therapist/psychologist ready to grow your career in a structured, high-performance environment, we want to hear from you.
