In this dynamic position, you will provide evidence-based therapies, conduct thorough assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans that foster resilience and positive growth. Your expertise will help transform lives by offering compassionate care within a supportive, collaborative environment committed to excellence in behavioral health services. Duties Conduct detailed intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine individual and family needs. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, art therapy, and motivational interviewing. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with client goals and clinical best practices. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure effective treatment outcomes. Manage case documentation accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain comprehensive medical records using appropriate medical terminology. Provide crisis intervention and conflict management support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges or behavioral crises. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care and support client success. Experience Valid licensure as a Licensed Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with current certification to practice independently. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and families in community or clinical settings. Strong background in behavioral health therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and trauma-informed care including PTSD management. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic health records systems. Experience conducting patient assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations within a mental health or social work context. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards related to patient privacy and data security. Skills in crisis management, addiction counseling, gender issues counseling, special education strategies, working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and working with individuals with disabilities. Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations using culturally sensitive approaches such as Christian counseling when appropriate.
