We embrace a wide range of therapeutic modalities including interpersonal psychotherapy, relational therapy, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, CBT, ACT, IFS, CPT, PE, MBSR, somatic work, many mindfulness-based approaches, and more.

Responsibilities:

Staff Therapists generally provide 23 - 29 therapy sessions per week and are welcome to see additional clients if they wish. Daily completion of clinical documentation. Receive and readily incorporate supervision feedback.

Requirements:

Master's Degree (or graduating soon)

NYS LMSW

license or MHC limited permit (or eligible soon) Availability to work with clients 5 days per week (hybrid or remote) Must have a suitable, secure workspace at home to ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance for tele-health. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude Strong interest and ability to incorporate supervisory feedback Community oriented, committed to being a positive member of our team Strong self-awareness, and adaptability to developments in technology and procedures.
