Teamwork Outpatient Master's degree Full Job Description Clarity Mental Health and Recovery is a local agency that provides mental health and substance abuse counseling, domestic violence intervention treatment, and psychiatric services. We are seeking stable, committed mental health counselors who desire a diverse, collaborative, and supportive environment to enable development of effective counselor-client relationships, while practicing their skills and gifts within a group. Counselors are required to be licensed in Washington state. Position Summary Clarity is seeking a Family Therapist or Therapist Associate to provide outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. We welcome both fully licensed and associate‑level clinicians (LMFT/LMFTA, LMHC/LMHCA, LICSW/LICSWA). This role is ideal for clinicians who value systems‑based work, clear clinical structure, and strong administrative support.
