About the
Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals, value collaboration, and are committed to providing evidence-based care. What You'll Do Provide individual, couples, and family therapy Conduct sessions in-person at one of our Suffolk County offices with optional hybrid flexibility Help clients strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate life transitions Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our EHR system Collaborate with colleagues through case consultation and clinical discussions Participate in individual and group supervision provided by the practice
Established practice with a strong referral network Opportunity to build and maintain a steady caseload Potential for increased earnings and advancement over time

Experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical decision-making Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Availability for evening and/or weekend appointments Preferred Qualifications Experience working with couples and family systems Training in evidence-based approaches for relationship and family therapy Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply License Requirement Current New York State LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC license required. Limited permits, associate-level licenses, and pre-licensed candidates are not being considered for this position.
