  • Part-time, Full-time Overview Join our dynamic mental health team as a Masters Level Mental Health Therapist, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals across diverse settings.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive psychotherapy and case management services, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness. You will work closely with clients of all ages, including adolescents, and adults, delivering personalized care through outpatient clinics or telehealth platforms. Your dedication will help foster resilience, recovery, and growth in those facing mental health challenges. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding systems to accurately determine client needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, mindfulness, MI, expressive arts, etc. Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on mental health counseling, grief counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, gender issues counseling, anxiety, depression, life transitions etc. Utilize crisis intervention techniques to manage acute situations effectively and ensure client safety through crisis management protocols. Engage in case management activities including patient care coordination, medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management. Apply research skills to stay current on clinical practices and contribute. Deliver telehealth services with proficiency in telehealth platforms to expand access to mental health care. Maintain accurate medical terminology records and ensure compliance with CPT coding for billing purposes. Qualifications Must have Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling psychology or a related mental health field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent credential required. Must be licensed eligible. Proven experience working with adults, adolescents and families in outpatient settings Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, DBT, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols. Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and electronic health records systems. Excellent communication skills for intake assessments, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compassionate patient care across diverse populations.
