Facilitate staff development through training on medical terminology, ICD coding updates, behavioral management techniques, and clinical research findings. Maintain detailed records of patient assessments, progress notes, CPT coding for billing purposes, and data collection for quality improvement initiatives. Support research efforts by contributing to data analysis and clinical studies aimed at enhancing service delivery outcomes. Experience Licensed as a Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent) with current state licensure required. Proven experience supervising licensed therapists or mental health clinicians in a clinical setting. coding systems essential. Experience providing individual therapy, group therapy, child & family counseling, and addiction counseling preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and medical documentation best practices necessary for maintaining confidentiality and legal adherence. Prior hospital or clinical research experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for continuous learning is highly valued. Join us to lead compassionate care that transforms lives! We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where your expertise makes a real difference every day—empowering individuals on their journey toward mental wellness through innovative therapies and dedicated support.
