Regional Director Position Summary The Mental Health Professional at Chicago Integrated Health provides high-quality, evidence-based therapy and mental health services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This role supports the emotional and psychological well-being of clients while collaborating with other members of the clinic's interdisciplinary wellness team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, ethical, and aligned with a holistic approach to care, considering the connection between mental, physical, and emotional health. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Provide individual, couples, or family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and IDFPR standards Support clients in goal setting, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and behavior change Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed Interdisciplinary Collaboration Coordinate care with other providers at the clinic, such as massage therapists, fitness trainers, nutritionists, and medical professionals Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and integrative wellness planning Refer clients to internal or external resources when appropriate Compliance & Ethics Adhere to all applicable legal and ethical standards, including IDFPR, HIPAA, and professional licensing board requirements Stay current with required continuing education and clinical best practices Maintain professional liability insurance Client Engagement & Accessibility Foster a supportive, inclusive, and trauma-informed therapeutic environment Offer telehealth or in-person sessions based on client needs and clinic capabilities Maintain cultural humility and sensitivity across diverse populations and mental health concern
Qualifications Required:
Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related mental health field Active Illinois license (e.g., LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical documentation skills Commitment to holistic, person-centered, and inclusive care
Preferred:
Experience in an integrative or multidisciplinary clinic setting Training in specialized modalities (e.g., EMDR, somatic therapy, trauma-informed care) Familiarity with EHR platforms (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, JaneApp) Comfort working with populations such as adolescents, BIPOC clients, LGBTQ+ individuals, or clients with chronic conditions Core Competencies Clinical judgment and ethical decision-making Empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence Cultural competency and trauma-informed practice Collaboration and integrative teamwork Adaptability and client engagement Working Conditions On-site or hybrid role based in Matteson, Illinois Flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends as needed Private, furnished office space (if in-person) Telehealth systems supported and
