Full Job Description Overview Mid Atlantic Trauma Recovery is a faith-based, trauma-informed counseling practice dedicated to helping individuals heal from abuse, trauma, and complex life stressors. We believe healing is sacred work and are committed to creating a supportive, ethical, and growth-oriented environment for both clients and clinicians. We specialize in trauma and narcissistic abuse recovery and offer faith-integrated counseling for clients who choose it. Our practice prioritizes clinical integrity, collaboration, and sustainable workloads. We are currently seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our growing practice. Clinicians may provide in-person or hybrid services. This role is ideal for clinicians who value trauma-informed care, professional growth, and working in a supportive team environment. Duties Provide individual and group therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches Complete thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the clinical director and team as needed Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards of practice Participate in consultation, supervision, or training opportunities as applicable Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, social work, clinical mental health counseling Must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LGPC, LCPC, LCSW-C, or equivalent) Commitment to trauma-informed and ethical clinical practice Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Interest in abuse and trauma recovery preferred EMDR or trauma-specific training a plus (not required) Compensation & Benefits Contract position $45-$75 per hour (based on licensure, experience, and caseload) Interns paid by stipend. Free supervision for LGPCs and Interns Flexible scheduling Hybrid work options Professional development and consultation opportunities Supportive leadership and reasonable caseload expectations
