Job Description
SteadyRise Counseling Clinician — Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed or Associate Licensed | Remote, In-Person, or Hybrid | Dunmore, PA Why SteadyRise? At SteadyRise Counseling, we built the practice we wish we had worked in. For our therapists, this means: you focus on your clients, and we handle the rest. Credentialing, insurance billing, marketing — all of it is managed by our administrative team. You don't touch it. Your job is to show up for your clients and do the clinical work you were trained to do. Not every therapist wants to start their own practice to be paid more or feel valued. Some therapists simply want to focus on their work and their clients, perhaps feel like they belong to something bigger than themselves. Is that you? We believe that when clinicians feel valued, grounded, and supported in a community, they provide better care. That belief shapes everything about how we operate, from how we structure caseloads to how we talk to each other. SteadyRise is a trauma-attuned, inclusive group private practice. Our integrative approach honors the brain-body connection and recognizes the influence of environment, culture, and identity in healing. We serve people of all races, ethnicities, abilities, body sizes, faiths, and socioeconomic backgrounds — and we treat our clinicians with the same respect we bring to our clients. What We Offer Compensation We use a structured, transparent pay band system. Clinical hours are compensated at $30-$63/hr, depending on degree, licensure status, years of clinical experience, and relevant certifications or advanced training. You'll know exactly where you fall and why before you accept an offer. Pay bands are reviewed as you grow. Approved administrative work is compensated at $20/hr. Administrative hours are assigned and approved by practice leadership. This is a W-2 employment position, not a contractor role. You'll receive biweekly pay with full tax withholding. Administrative Support (All Clinicians) Full credentialing support — we handle your insurance paneling All billing, claims submission, and insurance follow-up Practice marketing and referral development Supportive administrative team Workers' compensation coverage Flexible scheduling with autonomy over your calendar Remote, in-person, or hybrid options (in-person at our Dunmore location) UTO based on clinical hours worked Additional Benefits for Full-Time Clinicians Continuing education (CEU) stipend toward approved trainings PTO based on clinical hours worked including PTO on your work anniversary Weekly group consultation Additional Benefits for Associate Licensed Clinicians Individual and group supervision hours toward licensure The Role You'll provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
