This full-time opportunity is ideal for a thoughtful, collaborative clinician who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and meaningful client care. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to a caseload tailored to their clinical interests and expertise. Duties Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and/or children and adolescents based on clinical expertise Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide psychological testing and integrated assessment reports, when applicable Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and participate in case consultations Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate Uphold ethical and professional standards of care Requirements Active Rhode Island license as an LMHC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Experience providing psychotherapy across diverse populations and presenting concerns Experience conducting psychological testing and writing integrated assessment reports preferred Training in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed therapy Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and clinical skills Professional, compassionate, and aligned with our values of inclusion, integrity, and clinical excellence
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
