Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help individuals navigate emotional challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their mental health goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through evidence-based therapies and personalized care. Responsibilities Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Coordinate care through case management activities, including patient care planning, medical documentation, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant medical records. Facilitate intake processes for new patients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of patient history and presenting issues. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on inpatient and outpatient settings to optimize treatment outcomes for individuals. Skills Extensive knowledge of psychotherapy techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and mental health counseling; understanding of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate documentation. Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and case management practices. Ability to utilize telehealth platforms effectively while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Knowledge of psychopharmacology basics relevant to behavioral health treatment plans is a plus. Pay:
$40,987.84 - $104,759.55 per year
