Job Description

We recognize the profound impact that empathetic, professional care can have on an individual's journey towards healing and growth. We believe that in order to achieve optimal results with our clients, it's essential for therapists to take excellent care of themselves. As such, we are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team as an independent contractor.

Qualifications:
We seek a therapist who is not only professionally qualified but also shares our vision of thriving together in whole health vitality.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Licensure for independent practice in mental health, or be license-eligible, ensuring a strong foundation of clinical expertise and adherence to professional standards. A Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic background in therapeutic principles and techniques. Previous Experience in a private practice setting is preferred, indicating familiarity with the unique dynamics and operational aspects of a private therapeutic environment. An Interest in Holistic Health and desire to collaborate with healing professionals from other disciplines for optimal client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Joining our practice as a therapist contractor, you will have the independence to sculpt your professional path while upholding the highest standards of mental health care.
Your responsibilities include:
Ownership Over Scheduling and Caseload , empowering you to manage your work-life balance and cultivate a therapeutic environment that aligns with your personal approach to care. Conducting Diagnostic Assessment and Treatment Planning to provide tailored, effective care. You'll have the freedom to assess and strategize treatment paths that resonate with both you and your clients' needs. Maintaining Records for insurance reimbursement purposes with meticulous attention to detail. Our practice values the importance of diligent record-keeping to support both client care and practitioner needs. Co-creation with leadership team. We ask for mutual accountability to creating the career you want, engagement with the team for process improvement and opportunities for further development of the collaborative, and transparency around needs.
