Mental Health Therapist

Community Based, Office Based and Telehealth Positions available

Dallas, GA and surrounding areas

Education & Experience Required :

A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health direct care or social services field. Experience working with children and adults with severe and persistent mental health disorders in a community and in office mental health setting; A minimum of a Master's degree in the fields of human services, counseling, or psychology AND independent licensure or working towards independent licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or

LMFT, PHD.

Therapist is responsible for all or part of the following duties : _______Maintain a caseload as assigned _______Implement individual and family therapy with each client in office _______Write treatment plans for each assigned individual and family _______Track each assigned individual authorizations and submit new authorization requests as needed _______Attend supervision meeting with Clinical Director _______Conduct new family orientation within 2 days of case assignment _______Consult with referral agencies and collateral contacts as needed _______Identify community linkage resources in preparation for discharge _______Attend treatment related court hearings _______Submit all billable and non-billable progress notes within 48 hours _______Attend investigation reviews of serious incidents related to the clients on your caseload as needed _______Participate in monthly case and chart reviews with the Clinical Director as needed _______Submit crisis intervention documentation, if any, daily to the Clinical Director _______Ability to work non-traditional hours _______Attend agency monthly meetings/trainings _______Basic computer skills _______Additional duties as assigned You will be required to have the following completed:

CPR CPI TB

test Essential learning courses through Relias Learning Background check If under supervision with a supervisor of record, we will need a copy of the contract and monthly supervision logs (ongoing)
