Position Overview We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families, while also enjoying collaboration with other providers in a team-based setting. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and outside providers (schools, physicians, community resources, etc.) Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, client-focused care Attend team meetings, group supervision, trainings, or consultations as needed Participate in practice podcast, blogs and resources for our mental health community Qualifications Active, unrestricted license in the state of New Jersey or Maine (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills Prior experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns Preferred (not required): Training/experience in trauma-informed care Experience in play therapy, sand tray, or expressive therapies Couples and family therapy background Benefits Steady client referrals Flexible scheduling (in-person and/or telehealth) Administrative and billing support Collaborative, supportive team culture Professional development opportunities and supervision support
