Job Description

At Focused Mind ADHD Counseling, we are a rapidly expanding private practice. Our mission is to help ADHD adults thrive in every part of life through holistic services for adult ADHD and co-occurring conditions like career stagnation, disconnection in relationships, anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and depression. We also offer comprehensive and cutting-edge ADHD testing for adults. We believe great therapy happens when therapists feel supported, trusted, and free from burnout—a philosophy reflected in our close-knit, supportive culture.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must have at least one year of experience providing psychotherapy for adults Must have a genuine passion for working with ADHD Strong ability to connect with clients and value the importance of the therapeutic relationship Must have a master's degree Must be licensed (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist) Position is hybrid in-person and virtual; the clinician must be located near Columbus, Ohio.
WHAT WE OFFER
We are a private-pay practice with competitive compensation A unique opportunity to learn ADHD testing Position is W2 (all costs covered by practice) Supportive, collaborative work culture. Weekly case consultation group for ongoing support Comprehensive onboarding Make your own work schedule (e.g., 4-day work weeks, etc.) Simple and streamlined electronic health records Established practice, referral base, and marketing, case-loads fill up as quickly as you would like (practice has a waitlist) CEU reimbursement Licensed renewal reimbursement Liability insurance and all other practice-related expenses are covered (e.g., marketing, etc).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual therapy for adults with ADHD (and co-occurring conditions) ADHD testing for adults (will train you in our in-depth testing process, a unique opportunity to learn ADHD testing) •Please submit a cover letter with the application, or please pass along this post to someone you think would be a good fit for our practice!•
Pay:
$75.00 - $175.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
