Mental Health Therapist, Hybrid

Mental Health Therapist, Part-Time We at Lotus Counseling Services, PLLC are dedicated to providing quality, trauma informed, evidence-based services through a culturally competent lens. We are currently looking to hire a part-time clinician to provide individual, couples, and family therapy services for a wide variety of mental health concerns including mood disorders, trauma responses, substance abuse, and relational conflict. This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 10 hours in the office per week. Responsibilities Complete intake assessments for individuals, couples, and families; working collaboratively with clients to identify treatment goals and objectives. Conduct individual, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidenced based practices. Maintain clinical documentation including intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and collateral notes. Maintain professional communication with clients and administrative staff regarding scheduling, documentation, and other requests. Engage in supervision with assigned supervisor. Requirements Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required) Licensure as an

LCPC, LCSW, LMFT

in Illinois (preferred) Associate level licenses (LPC, LSW, ALMFT) will be considered Individuals working toward LCSW licensure are welcome to apply, but supervision obtained through Lotus Counseling Services, PLLC will not count toward required supervision for licensure. 15 hours per week minimum availability (required) 10 evening appointment slots (after 4pm local time) per week (required) Professional liability insurance (required) Experience conducting individual, family, and couples therapy for a minimum of 1 year (preferred) Willingness to conduct family and couples counseling (strongly preferred) Knowledge of evidenced based practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Compensation •

Associates:

$35/client hour •

Terminal License:

$45/client hour

Pay:

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
