• Part-time Who We Are Healing Hearts VA is seeking compassionate and motivated therapists to join our growing group practice.

This hybrid role combines the flexibility of telehealth with the connection of limited in-person work. Therapists in this role are expected to provide in-person sessions 1-2 days per week in our Virginia office, with the remainder of sessions conducted remotely. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, women's issues, people-pleasing patterns, and life transitions within a supportive and flexible environment. What We Offer Flexible hybrid schedule Administrative and billing support Furnished office space for in-person sessions Flexible and autonomous work environment Referral and marketing support Opportunity to grow a caseload Supervision support for residents Professional development support available for eligible full-time clinicians Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT Maintain timely and HIPAA-compliant documentation Support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and related concerns Provide crisis support and appropriate referrals when needed Qualifications Resident in Counseling or fully licensed clinician in Virginia (Can not hire MSWs) Comfortable providing both telehealth and in-person sessions Experience working with anxiety, trauma, relationships, or women's issues preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care Compensation This is a 1099 contracted position with a percentage-based split

Residents:

55% Licensed clinicians: up to 60% depending on experience and caseload Average compensation ranges from approximately $62
