This is a contract position offering a flexible schedule ( with telehealth and in-office capabilities ) biweekly pay, bonus pay structure and supervision for graduate level clinicians. Perfect position for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Graduate Social Worker (LGSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC). We require a minimum of 10 client hrs/wk. We specialize in helping our clients ( children, adults, couples and families ) overcome trauma, panic, social anxiety, worry, OCD, depression, among many other emotional difficulties, using evidence based therapy. Candidates with solid training in CBT and other evidence-based therapies are welcome to apply. Our ideal applicant has experience providing therapy & counseling to children, teens, & or adults with anxiety/depression/trauma problems and a solid understanding of these methods (or strong willingness & commitment to learn). Responsibilities and Duties Conduct clinical assessments and person-centered treatment plans Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling for clients who present with various concerns such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment disorders. Coordinate with Primary Care Physicians and other allied professionals Prepare discharge summaries Benefits Clinical Supervision for Graduate Level Clinicians Competitive Compensation Flexible Work Schedule Bonuses Promotion Potential Qualifications and Skills LMFT, LICSW, LGSW, LPC or LGPC in the District of Columbia. Specialization in working within a particular practice area, approach, or population. Must have experience and understanding of the clinical diagnostic process and utilization of the DSM-V.
