Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) - Contractor Role Next Generation Wellness - Behavioral Health Practice |
Rockville, MD Location:
Rockville, MD (Hybrid; in-person availability once per week required) Compensation & Schedule- $100 per new client intake
- $63 per follow-up session
- Flexible scheduling; compensation based on clients seen

- 3 hours/month of LCSW‑C supervision for LMSWs with a minimum 15‑session weekly caseload

Responsibilities:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed
- Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality in accordance with Maryland licensing regulations
- Minimum of 10 therapy sessions per week required
Qualifications:
- Active LMSW license in the state of Maryland
- Master's degree in social work or related mental health field
- 1+ years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations and a range of diagnoses
- Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment
