Starting your career as a Mental Health Therapist shouldn't mean drowning in paperwork or stressing about finding clients. We built this role specifically to protect your time and income, allowing you to focus entirely on learning and executing clinical therapy while our team handles the heavy lifting. Comprehensive Paid Clinical Training We know that "documentation anxiety" and administrative burnout are major issues in this field. To protect your time and your license, all new hires participate in our robust Clinician Fundamentals Curriculum.
Phase I:
Initial Foundational Modules:
When you start, you will master the mechanics of care through four foundational modules: Intake, Assessment, Intake Documentation, and Clinical Progress Documentation. We provide exact rubrics, clinical language tip sheets, and live documentation workshops to ensure you know exactly how to write compliant notes without having to take your work home.
Fully Compensated Learning:
We believe professional development should never be unpaid. You are still paid as a clinician working with us while you complete this curriculum. When you have your sessions with our instructors and work through the modules, you are fully compensated as part of your standard employment with our organization.
Phase II:
Applied Clinical Competencies:
Move beyond the basics with advanced training in areas like measurement-based care, psychopharmacology collaboration, caseload organization, and burnout prevention. Getting Your License We know that securing clinical hours is a top priority for recent and upcoming Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC) graduates. That is why your clinical supervision is fully paid and provided on-site. We match every pre-licensed clinician with a dedicated
LICSW / LMHC
supervisor for your required 1-on-1 weekly supervision meetings. We also cover the costs for your CEUs and provide weekly training on CBT, DBT, successful intake procedures, progress note refreshers, and trauma care, ensuring you get the highest quality supervision possible. How We Protect Your Pay & Schedule Private practice can be unpredictable, but this W-2 role is stable. As a Mental Health Therapist here, your time and income are protected right out of the gate:
No-Show Protection:
If a client cancels last minute, our financial safeguards kick in so your paycheck stays consistent.
Next-Day Pay Option:
While we operate on a standard bi-weekly payroll, you have the option to access your earnings the day after your completed sessions if you ever need your funds right away without the wait. 25-
Session Goal:
To keep your full-time status and benefits, you only need to complete 25 sessions a week. Want to take on more? You have total freedom to do so.
Zero Billing:
We have a dedicated admin team that handles all the insurance, billing, and scheduling. You just show up and do the work. Your Hybrid Schedule This is a hybrid position. You will spend exactly two days a week on-site at our brand-new Brockton clinic, where you will have your own dedicated, new office so you can comfortably connect face-to-face with your team, including our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners.
