Our full time, nature informed therapist position might be a great fit for you. Nature informed therapists are mental health professionals who embrace principles of ecopsychology. At Chesapeake Mental Health Collaborative and the Center for Nature Informed Therapy, we believe that reconnecting to the natural world can improve mental health and encourage people to uncover new solutions to long-standing mental health challenges. Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field 1-2 years experience providing psychotherapy Current with all state licensing requirements, LG/LM and LC level clinicians are welcome Certified Nature Informed Therapist or willingness to complete the Certification Program in Nature Informed Therapy. Applicant is willing and able to see 20+ clients per week within six months of hire Strong interest in integration of nature and the outdoors into the clinical practice Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to build rapport quickly Team oriented work style Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Compensation and Benefits package described below. Compensation & Benefits Compensation and Benefits Package:
Employee is W2 and compensated a percentage per revenue generating therapy session Annual bonus base on average session count Percentage of Annual Profit Share Flexible hybrid work schedule of your choice. Work in our office, your home, or a combination of two.
