Job Description

Seeking a Marriage and Family therapist for our group practice. We are looking for a therapist who can help grow the practice with their passion, experience, and teamwork. Opportunities to make your private practice experience yours in a group practice setting and finally practice a work life balance. Base Behavioral Health's purpose is to provide the highest quality co-occurring mental health and substance use counseling for individuals and families in the Greater- Portland area. Sharing this passion and obtaining the skills to serve this population is limited in the community so we are excited to have you apart of the team and that you are also committed to helping us achieve this vision.

Counselor Include:
Working with clients in person and/or virtually, diagnosing their mental health and/or substance use disorders and building treatment plans and coping strategies for the client to follow. Perform initial evaluations of client needs and develop customized treatment plans. Monitor client progress and modify their treatment plans as needed. Coordinate with social and medical agencies, healthcare providers and community outreach programs to provide clients with needed services. Must be Licensed or Associate status with Oregon boards. Schedule will include weekends.
Experience:
2 Years counseling, social work, or other related fields of mental health and addiction therapy Previous experience working with children and adolescents, families and/or couples. Mental Health License or Associate in Oregon Live in Oregon Skills and Abilities Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Genuinely care about people and be able to connect with them Evening and weekend availability Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be dependable Able to work independently License Certification/Education Oregon ONLY LPC, LCPC, LSW, LMFT or, PSYD, LCSW or Associate status Master's required CADC (Preferred)
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
